Case Collection Launch:
Successfully Engaging Suppliers in Climate Targets

Target group: Companies working on or planning to work on advanced scope 3 emission reduction strategies.

Decarbonizing the value chain is essential for companies to reach science-based targets and deliver on the Paris Agreement. Directly engaging suppliers can be an important and impactful means to get there. 

In the past months, Global Compact Network Denmark, in collaboration with BSR, has been seeking examples of innovative and effective supplier engagement for climate action.

Now, we are ready to launch a case collection presenting some of the best and most interesting examples of Danish companies taking climate action by engaging their suppliers. The purpose of the collection is to inspire and motivate other companies to work with their suppliers to reduce emissions.

About the webinar

In this launch webinar, we will go through key challenges and opportunities when it comes to engaging suppliers in corporate climate targets, take a walk-through the case collection, and hear from some of the companies included in the collection. 

The webinar is open for all Nordic companies committed to the UN Global Compact.
