Nordic Global Compact Meeting 2021
Join us for the annual Nordic Global Compact Meeting!
This year, the Nordic Global Compact Meeting will take place in beautiful Nuuk, Greenland on November 10 & 11, where you will have the opportunity to learn and exchange with fellow Nordic companies, organizations and experts on critical topics in relation to the Ten Principles and the Sustainable Development Goals.
This year, the meeting is covering a wide range of issues such as transitioning to a green and circular economy, financing a sustainable future, safeguarding our oceans, reaching net zero emissions, and much more – everything in a Nordic context.
There will particularly be a strong focus on discussing the implications of COP26 which is taking place simultaneously.
If you chose to participate physically you will get a unique chance to not only see some of the most pristine nature in the world, but also get a first-hand glimpse of how Greenland is already deeply affected by climate change. Furthermore, you will get to experience how local businesses are navigating social and economic challenges.
However, most of the meeting’s program will also be livestreamed if you are unable to make the journey.
We are looking forward to seeing you online or physically on November 10-11, 2021.
NB! This meeting is only for Nordic companies and organizations committed to the UN Global Compact and part of a local network.
